PENDING VACCINE: 2023/2024 FALL COVID VACCINE (Pfizer & Moderna) – for individuals who qualify for the Bridge Access Program

*For pediatric patients, please speak with your Pediatrician prior to your appointment to ensure they advise you to proceed.
MEDICARE, MEDICAID, AND PRIVATE INSURANCE Clients: contact your insurance carrier to verify coverage and where you may obtain the 2023/2024 Fall Covid vaccine.
CLINIC: We will offer COVID-19 vaccines from 8:30 am – 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday (closed between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm for lunch). Appointments REQUIRED!
